Lincolnshire farms produce one eighth of the UK’s food, and agriculture has shaped the area for millenia. You can read more about arable farming in Lincolnshire here. You can also read about the challenges facing UK farmers here in Geography Cat’s Learning Guaranteed Blog.

Many wildlife enthusiasts visit the Lincolnshire coastline at Donna Nook National Nature Reserve to see the grey seal colony who come back here each year to give birth to their pups in the nearby sand dunes. This happens around late October to December and this website gives you more details about visiting.
